Miss Iowa Teen donates the Community Involvement Books & Bears....says, "we made a difference girls!"

Jenny
Jones was just crowned the Miss Iowa Teen only a few weeks ago and is
already putting her title to use by reaching out within her community
through the books & bears National American Miss Community
Involvement competition.

Jenny
chose to donate the books and bears that the Miss Iowa contestant's
brought to pageant weekend to two different charities.

The
first is The Four Oaks Youth Shelter and says she was truly "touched
and inspired by her visit, seeing as those that take residence at the
shelter are kids her own age and younger."

Also,
she donated them to the Ronald McDonald House & also spent quality
time with the children being treated at the University of Iowa hospital.

However,
making a difference is what we are all about here at NAM and we are so
proud of Jenny for bringing a smile to the youth residence's faces with a
book or bear and Jenny sends a big
"thank you to each of the Miss Iowa state finalist's for bringing such fantastic donations - we made a difference, girls!!!!!"
